Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for RakuMatch AI subscriptions, including the 30-day money-back guarantee for a first paid subscription charge.
1. Free trial
The first 7 days are free after you provide a valid payment method. Cancel before the trial ends and no subscription fee is charged. Unless you cancel, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with RakuMatch AI, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 30 calendar days after that charge. We will refund that charge when we receive your request within this 30-day period.
3. Other subscription payments
Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee above and rights required by applicable law, subscription payments already made for a billing period are not automatically refundable.
4. Billing errors and exceptional circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a service issue that prevented reasonable use, or have a request required by applicable law, contact us promptly with your account email, payment date, and a short description. We will review the request fairly.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@rakumatch-ai.com with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your account email and payment date so that we can locate the charge and process the refund through the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
